Villa 01 Apartments

We booked in November 2024, paid the deposits, got confirmations, and shared our arrival time. Then, on the day we arrived with our two children, we were told the accommodation was unavailable because it had already been rented to someone else. We were left without a place at the last minute. We were offered a much less equipped apartment with no pool, which felt like a scam. After wasting two hours, we had to find somewhere ourselves and pay a substantial amount for last-minute accommodation. This owner has no scruples. They should be removed from all rental websites.

The apartment is fine, but the owner is rude and awful. We paid a lot for the rental, yet the service was terrible. The pool was dirty and nobody dealt with it. Even while trying to relax, we were expected to stay quiet, and the children weren't allowed to play or run around. We're not slaves or prisoners. Good luck finding anyone willing to rent there. The owner can enjoy the peace and quiet in all those apartments.

The pool water wasn't filtered, and by the next day it had turned to soup 🤢. Nothing had been damaged, but the owner was incredibly rude. Rules were posted everywhere, and breaking them, even by playing music or drinking alcohol in the pool, could get your contract ended without hesitation. We're disappointed. The property didn't have any reviews on Booking.com yet, and unfortunately our experience was a letdown. I don't recommend it at all.

We won't be going back after the way the owner acted. At noon, the children were running around the apartment, and he came back and rudely complained that they were bothering him. The pool was very dirty, and there was no washing machine. I don't recommend this place.
