Apartments Elsa 534

We had children with breathing problems with us, but neither the owners nor the agency seemed to take our concerns seriously, and they offered no real solution. When we reported the problems, they left a space heater and air freshener outside our door and told us to air the place out. We tried, but ventilation was difficult: there was only one window, hardly any air came in, and the door was open most of the time. We could smell mold, and the bathroom smelled bad too. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut, the kitchen was in poor condition, and the apartment looked nothing like the photos. It also had no air conditioning, despite costing the same as a place that did. The TV worked for maybe ten minutes a day, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work either. In my opinion, this apartment doesn’t deserve even three stars.
