The nuns who own and run the place were friendly and helpful, and even gave us little presents. The apartment was clean and spacious, set in a residential area near a park, with bus services close by. We’d definitely stay again.

We hope to come back. The hosts were so friendly, easy to communicate with, and glad to help. It’s a very peaceful neighborhood, with everything you need nearby and the seaside very close.

Whenever we’re in Pula, we book the Hortensia apartment. It has a terrace, lovely garden, and private parking, plus everything we need: a washing machine and powder, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, olive oil, vinegar, a stove and oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, plenty of dishes and utensils, cleaning supplies, shampoo, and shower gel. We were greeted with Istrian Teran and brandy, bottled water, and homemade pastries. We loved it.

The accommodation was beautiful and clean, with everything we needed. We were so pleased and surprised to find sweets, homemade wine, and water waiting as a welcome. The nurses who run the place are very nice and take good care of the whole facility. We’d be happy to return someday.

We were only there for three nights, but the experience was full of human warmth. The attention to detail was lovely, and the garden was lush. We’ll try to come back.
