Apartments Silvana 74

The room was spacious, very clean, and had a really comfortable bed. The hostess was super friendly and speaks great English. Fantastic place to stay. I'll definitely come back on my next trip to Pula, Croatia.

We stayed in one of the apartments with our two kids and were very happy there. Everything was clean, and the owners were super friendly and helpful. The property is nice and well kept. I'd highly recommend it. It's a short drive to pula and Hidrobaza beach.

A nice host, a clean apartment, and a lovely setting. But the walls are paper thin and the windows are bad, so don't expect to get any rest. You can hear everything from outside and from the other apartments. The wi-fi was poor too.

The host was good for most of our stay, but the deposit issue is why I'm giving one star. The website says you'll get the full deposit back after a damage inspection, and that wasn't true. We told her well ahead that we had to leave early, then woke her to ask her to inspect the apartment before checkout. She was moody and said she had to go to work soon. I understand people have commitments, but paying guests should come first. We left the apartment cleaner than we found it, yet she kept €80. On the last day she brought out a little booklet saying cleaning costs €10 per person, supposedly to set things up for the next guest, and takes it from the "fully refunded" deposit. I've never seen that at other apartments or hotels I've stayed in. One small piece of pizza crust left on a baking tray cost us €40, which is incredible. She also blamed us for a dirty hob, although we never even turned it on. We cleaned the apartment from top to bottom and still ended up €80 down.
