Business Appartements "Villa Münz"

We spent 12 days here with our children and grandparents and felt very comfortable. The kids loved their room, and having two bathrooms was handy for the four adults. The flat was clean and furnished with care, and that bed was heavenly after our days exploring Istria. It was a lovely starting point for our excursions, and we’ll definitely come back. It’s quiet, newly furnished, and in a fantastic location. Check-in and check-out were smooth and very flexible, which made things easy for us. A great fit for couples or families wanting a relaxing, comfortable holiday. We’d happily recommend it!

The old Roman center and the main square with the Roman temple are about a 15-minute walk away, and you can get around on foot or by bike without needing a car. The Pula Arena is only a few minutes away. We come to Istria every year and usually catch at least one of the excellent summer concerts there. Across the street, there’s a park and a few coffee shops where you can look out at the sea and ships over your morning coffee. The apartment sits on the old quay, on a quiet, leafy street in a pleasant part of Pula. It’s in an Austro-Hungarian building, and both it and the surrounding area are a real find for anyone who loves Art Nouveau architecture. Inside, the rooms are spacious and cozy, with natural materials and carefully chosen decorations that give the place a luxurious early-20th-century charm. It’s been renovated with attention to detail and is very well equipped, with nothing missing. One of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed in. I hope it’s available the next time we plan a trip to Istria and Pula. We’ll definitely be back!

We slept really well here. The bed had a great mattress and soft pillows, and the living room was a cozy place to unwind after a day exploring the city. The apartment was spotless, with fresh, high-quality linens and towels. The bathroom was clean and well equipped, with a large shower. It’s in a quiet, safe area, but still central, with the main sights, restaurants, and shops all an easy walk away. Public transport was excellent, and we always found parking. The apartment is modern and stylish, with quality furniture and decorative touches. The kitchen had new appliances and everything we needed to cook. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which mattered a lot to us. The host was very friendly and helpful, shared useful tips about local sights and restaurants, and made sure we had what we needed. Check-in and checkout were flexible and straightforward. We had a fantastic stay, couldn’t imagine a better place, and would absolutely come back. A clear recommendation if you want a comfortable, stress-free stay in the city.
