City park Apartments

A very nice apartment with all the equipment you need, right by the park.

The apartment felt like home during our 12-day stay. It’s bright, spacious and has two rooms, right beside a city park. The center at Sergii Gate and the main bus stops, including buses to the beach, are about a five-minute walk away. Even with that central setting, we didn’t hear traffic or city noise. There’s plenty of equipment: the kitchen has a two-burner hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and lots of dishes and cutlery. In the living room there’s a large TV, a comfy sofa, coffee table, dining table, and AC. The bedroom has its own AC, a double bed, bedside tables, a big wardrobe with a safe, plus an iron and ironing board. There’s also a coat rack and shoe cabinet in the little hall area. The bathroom is roomy, with a wide sink and walk-in shower that has both a rain head and an adjustable hand shower. A hairdryer is provided, and the towels are large and nice. You can take them along after checking first. The place is modernly furnished and has 5G WiFi. Our easygoing landlord speaks fluent German as well as Croatian and was happy to help us get oriented in Pula. Highly recommended!

The apartment was decent, and the bathroom was great, with enough room to take a proper shower. The owners welcomed us warmly and had set aside a free parking spot.

Inside, the apartment is beautiful, clean, and very nicely air-conditioned. It’s clearly been fully renovated and furnished, which you wouldn’t guess from the old, run-down look of the building outside. The location in the heart of Pula is hard to beat, but it stays quiet at night with no traffic noise, so we slept very well. We were there for a week. Parking in front can be tricky, especially if you’re taking day trips by car. It’s easier to find a spot if you get back in the late afternoon or early evening, but later it gets difficult. The owners were friendly and helpful with any questions or requests. We’d recommend staying here.
