The building is old and feels a bit gloomy, and the hallway had a strong damp smell. We also found several dirty towels behind the bathroom door, probably left by previous guests. Luckily, there were clean fresh towels too, so it wasn't a problem. We liked the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed, the electrical and plumbing all worked well, and the soundproofing was good. Check-in instructions arrived by email and were clear. There were several codes to enter, but we got through them easily. The apartment itself is nice and right in the center of Pula.

Marcelle was a brilliant host, and the location made everything easy to reach. We stayed in apartment 5 at the back of the building, so it was lovely and quiet. Its small kitchen area had what we needed, and both apartments we booked were modern and superbly clean. There were two couples staying across the two apartments for three nights. It was a perfect stay, and I highly recommend it.

I don't recommend this place because of how the owner communicates. I asked to cancel the reservation free of charge 11 days after the planned stay date, but the request still hasn't been accepted and I don't think the owner wants to give an official response. Then, 11 days after the reservation ended, the owner charged my credit card.

The apartment was clean and quiet, with extra bed linens, air conditioning, and heat. We could walk everywhere from its prime location, and Pula is an amazing city. Marij welcomed us at 11pm and showed us where to park. Parking isn't free, so bring change in Kuna and pay by 7am to avoid a ticket.

We couldn't sleep through the night in apartment 6, so we eventually had to leave. The owner refused to refund the second night. It was a bad experience, so avoid this place at all costs.
