Marcelle was lovely, and she met us to show us how to get into the apartment. Her directions for the free parking were clear, too. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for two nights, including a really comfortable bed. It was spacious and only a 5-10 minute walk from the main sights in Pula.

The location was good, and it was quick to get to the center, but the cleanliness wasn't up to scratch. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, and the table hadn't even been wiped, with remnants left by the previous occupants. Calling these apartments luxury doesn't fit when basic things like cleanliness aren't right.

Well appointed and in a good spot, especially for getting the bus to the cruise terminals. There was no air conditioning, which they said was because of a city ordinance. There's only heating, so the top floor can get hot.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly from the start. My only real drawback was that our room was in the basement, so it felt gloomy with little natural light. Even so, the place was comfortable and a solid choice if you want a roomy stay with a welcoming atmosphere.

The apartment was nice, and the free car park is just around the corner. But the walls are paper thin. The people in the apartment next door had a party, and we had a really bad night. The location itself is excellent.
