Grand Hotel Brioni Pula A Radisson Collection Hotel

The rooms are small, but cute. The food is amazing, so I'd recommend getting both breakfast and dinner. It's a really nice place, and the people working there are the nicest.

The staff made the biggest impression on us. People in every role helped each other and treated one another with respect, and they were always ready to find a way to help us, including making restaurant reservations. Even when they couldn't do something straight away, they worked it out. My wife and I came from the U.S. and spent five days at Grand Hotel Brioni in Pula, Croatia. We booked a pricier room with a sea view, so that may have shaped our experience, and we made full use of the spa, room service, gym, beach, pools, hot tub, bar, and breakfast. Every night there was live music, and the weather was perfect. Our room was spotless, the hotel was pristine, and the food and drinks were excellent. The beach is huge, but it still gets crowded, so getting there early helps if you want a spot, chair, or cabana. At some times of year, there can be quite a few jellyfish in the beautiful evening water. They're harmless, just a bit squishy. The gym was very clean, though its limited equipment meant we had to get creative with workouts. Those were small drawbacks next to the rest of the stay. We're giving it five stars without hesitation and will definitely return to Grand Hotel Brioni.

I liked the hotel's design and decor, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful and pleasant, and the food was good. A couple of things could be better: there are no balconies or terraces in the rooms, and the shower pressure wasn't great. The hotel bar service was much too slow. All in all, I'd recommend the hotel.

The seaside setting is what keeps bringing us back. There are sunbeds, lounges, and cabanas, and we come to relax and switch off from our usual work and home routines. The beach, pool, restaurant, and reception staff all help make that happen. Since 2023, we've spent two weeks each summer at this lovely hotel. Direct flights from Zurich to Pula began that year, which first prompted us to come. From getting the house key to our room key took three hours, and we were welcomed like family. Our dietary requests were handled without resistance and prepared with the same care as the rest of the food. We've stayed in several room categories over the past three years, except for the suites. They're all individually designed, well furnished, and clean. The beds are large and comfortable. The rooms aren't generous in size, but they're very functional.
