The rooms were dark, and some were awkward to get to. Breakfast was dull and lacking, and the website photos looked “photoshopped.” We planned to stay three nights, but moved to another hotel after the first. The owner wouldn’t accept our criticism, so we couldn’t get a refund for the last two nights. Stay away, you’ll be disappointed.

I visited in winter and still had a good time. Just be aware that not many shops or restaurants were open then. The hotel was very good.

The European-style breakfast was included and solid, and the hotel is near Pula’s center. My room was quite small, with a bed very low to the ground. The bathroom sink seemed miscalibrated: turning it on sent water pouring onto my pants or the floor. There was no shampoo or conditioner.

We slept really well, and the beds, rooms, and showers were all nice. The maritime feel was peaceful and cozy, and as people who grew up around boats and sailing, we loved the pictures on the walls and in the rooms. The staff were super helpful and made our first stay in Croatia comfortable. Breakfast isn’t the biggest buffet, but it left us satisfied and ready to explore pula. We’d recommend staying here.

We had to leave a day early for personal reasons, but sorting that out was straightforward. The team was professional throughout, and a young woman at the front desk was especially helpful and attentive. Our bikes were safe in the hotel parking lot. The clean rooms, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, and charming, cozy feel made this a pleasant stay. It’s small and right in the city center, with a great location. We’ll be happy to return. Thank you!
