Hotel & Restaurant Milan

The covered parking is roomy, and the mall and beach are only about 400-500 m away. We found the bed comfortable, the room a good size, and the shutters made it easy to sleep. There were bathrobes and plenty of soft towels, too. Everyone was welcoming, and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast was just okay, with limited choices, though the people serving it were lovely and they’ll make an omelet if you ask. Our main frustration was the Wi-Fi. It was very poor in room 203 and throughout the hotel restaurant. A shelf in the shower for shampoo and toiletries would also be useful. Still, we were very pleased with our stay, and I’d recommend the place.

The place looked fresh, modern, and clean, but the stay felt like poor value for the price. Breakfast was pretty limited, and the Wi-Fi was extremely slow. Getting luggage to reception was a hassle since there’s no elevator from street level. For a four-star hotel, having to carry your own bags up and down stairs was disappointing. The bed was another problem: the mattress in my room seemed to have been left unchanged during the renovation and was painfully uncomfortable, with no support. We also couldn’t cool the room properly. Even with the AC set to 18°C, it never got below 25°C. We were sweating, and guests in other rooms were too. Overall, it was okay, but the value for money was very low.

Getting around was easy, with convenient parking and walking paths close by. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast in the lovely restaurant was delicious. The rooms were exquisite, too. A superb stay in a fascinating city, highly recommended.

I liked the clean, modern rooms and how easy check-in was. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel restaurant had good service and a nice wine list. The food itself was a bit disappointing, though. I expected more flavor. It’s near the shopping mall and beach, and getting into central Pula by Uber was easy. One possible issue: Wi-Fi didn’t seem to work with my Apple devices. Maybe it was just the room I had.
