At over 200 Euros, this felt like paying hotel prices for what might be a reasonable 100 Euro motel room. The room lacked the facilities I’d expect from a hotel: no coffee setup, and no toiletries beyond a soap dispenser. The towels were thin, and our curtain had been replaced with a mismatched one. The decor wasn’t my taste, with pink mirrors and plastic chandeliers that reminded me of a beauty salon. It’s in a residential area, an easy walk downhill to the arena but a climb back up. There are no restaurants or attractions nearby.

We only found this hotel by accident, after leaving another one because the surroundings were dull and parking was a problem. What a lovely surprise it was. The staff were welcoming from the start, professional while still genuinely warm. Our first room was one of the “smaller” ones, though still impressively spacious. After that first night, we extended our stay and moved to the largest suite. Great choice, it was comfortable and elegant, and made the visit feel special. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with a calm feel and plenty of space. Breakfast had lots of tasty choices. The staff also put together dining suggestions to match our preferences and left them in our room for us to find after exploring Pula, a thoughtful touch. Staying here made our trip, and we’ll remember it for years. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it for a luxurious stay, alone or with a partner.

Milos, Luka and Nadja made our stay feel personal and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed both at the hotel and while out and about. The place is beautifully decorated, with two lovely pools and nice views over the city. It’s a short walk to the amphitheatre and town centre, close to the airport, and just a quick ride to the beach. A first class guest experience, perfect!

We came to Pula for a short visit to see Duran Duran at the Amphitheater and arrived early in the morning. Though check-in was still hours away, the staff offered us breakfast and use of the pool area. They said they’d try to get our room cleaned early since the previous guests had already checked out. We went into the city centre for a bit, and when we returned, the room was ready. They showed us around both the room and the hotel. The room and location were great, but the staff mattered just as much. They were friendly and made us feel like especially welcome guests. They treated everyone that way, and it felt like sincere hospitality, as if we’d come to visit friends, rather than people just doing their job or hoping for a good tip. The price was decent too.
