We had a great time in this apartment. The host greeted us and showed us around when we arrived. It’s tidy, modern, and well equipped, with everything you need apart from your food. Well worth it, thanks again 👍👌

WARNING! Noemi/Viviana is an unreliable, unprofessional host who left her French guests stranded outside at 7:30 PM, straight after a 15-hour drive. The apartment we had booked for that night and the next day was already occupied. When we rang the bell, someone told us to go away without even opening the door. Noemi/Viviana hadn’t come to greet us or let us know what was going on, but she had still taken payment for the two-day rental. Noemi did come out to meet us on the street, then left again. She only returned after we insisted that the money be refunded. We eventually found a hotel around 10:30 PM, and not through Airbnb, and it cost us more than expected. WARNING! Airbnb gave us no support or compensation and simply said they were “sorry.” We’ve suffered emotional and financial harm, wasted time sending messages, and are still waiting.
