Pula City Center Accommodation

The room gave our family of four plenty of space to relax. The curtains were a minor letdown because they didn’t cover the full length of the windows, so some light came in during the morning. The staff were the real highlight, friendly, welcoming, attentive, and often anticipating what we needed. Breakfast was simple but very good quality, and we liked that the bar focused on local Istrian products, a nice way to try regional flavors at the hotel. We had a fantastic stay at Pula City Center Accommodation, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pula.

The hotel is just beyond the main streets and city center, but it’s an easy 5-10 minute walk. It was a great value find, and I’d happily stay again. Reception staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a good size, with towels and shower gel and shampoo provided, and the beds are comfortable. The only small drawback was the bunk bed ladder, whose steps were so narrow that it felt awkward to climb. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and replenished often.

The staff were the best part of the hotel, incredibly welcoming and helpful. Since it’s so close to Pula old town, I could enjoy the sights and attractions even on a short stay. The room was lovely, with a nice bathroom and a very comfortable bed. I slept well and the WiFi was excellent, though I couldn’t get the AC to work. The window let in a little breeze, but the room was still too warm. I’d highly recommend the hotel.

I appreciated the free parking that was available, and the city center was an easy walk away. My room was very clean and seemed newly renovated or at least well kept, and I also got a free upgrade. The staff were very service-minded, and breakfast was fresh and very good. I seemed to be one of only a few guests at the hotel during the off-season in January, so one day they even made breakfast just for me.
