The bed wasn't comfortable for us, with a firm mattress and small, soft pillows. We also heard a very unpleasant smell whenever the neighbors cooked, and it lingered for a few hours. We spent 8 days in the SoHo apartment as two guests. It's clean, newly furnished, roomy, and has good amenities and Wi-Fi. The owner brought us fresh towels, and hot water was never an issue. We also felt secure behind the locked gate. The central location is handy while still being away from the crowds. Noise was the bigger drawback. We could hear the upstairs neighbors and sounds from outside even with the windows shut. The ceiling above the bed creaked badly, especially in the evening and at night. There may not be much the property can do about it, but light sleepers should know.

It's modern, newly furnished, and the small room is adequate. But it gets no natural light unless you keep the front door open. There was also constant stomping from the apartment above when we wanted to sleep in, around 8 am.
