6/10
The room itself was comfortable, and there was plenty of parking. We also found a walking route into Ounat centre through the marina opposite, so we could avoid the road. But the stay felt well below what I'd expect from a hotel advertised as four star. The bathroom had a shower over the bath without a screen or curtain, so water spread everywhere and left the room soaked. Breakfast was okay, though there wasn't much fruit. We chose the hotel because it advertised a restaurant, but it wasn't open in the evenings, so we had to go out for dinner each night. The bar closed early too, meaning no nightcap after we returned. It was a very underwhelming stay. In response to the hotel's reply: you said the bath has a glass panel, but Room 16, shown in the picture, had no screen to contain the water. If you think there was one, it must have been removed by a previous guest, because there was absolutely nothing to stop the spray.

A relaxing wellness area and a great breakfast, plus it's a good base for hiking. I'll be back for more.

The food selection at breakfast was generous, and everything we chose tasted delicious. The rooms were clean and pleasant, and the hotel is very close to Marina (Punat), with the pool right beside it. We'd definitely return.

It's peaceful here, and the pool and grounds are fantastic. The staff are friendly, breakfast is delicious and included, and the rooms are spotless and comfortable, with wonderful beds. The hotel sits right by the marina and is an easy walk from PUNAT. Highly recommend.
