Punat worked perfectly as a base for exploring the island, and there were excellent restaurants for dinner. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, making it ideal for two. Free parking was available nearby. The owner was hospitable and helpful.

The location is fantastic, and the rooms are lovely, all new and equipped with every comfort. Piero and Beatrice, the owners, were so kind. They welcomed us and suggested several places to visit. Thank you. It was really lovely! I recommend it to EVERYONE.

The bathroom opened directly onto the bedroom, so there was no privacy. The accommodation was advertised with more amenities than were actually there, including a kitchen and safe that were missing. Getting in touch with the provider to sort things out was difficult, and we could only reach them through the booking website. During our eight-day stay, the room was properly cleaned just once, and there were no cleaning supplies. To reduce the kitchen refund, the landlords deliberately made the room dirty afterward so they could claim a €75 cleaning fee through the booking website. That case is still pending. The air conditioning was likely being switched off regularly to save money: after we complained it usually came back on right away, and we were repeatedly told not to run it all night. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this accommodation to anyone!
