Bed & Breakfast Rab

We spent the summer there in 2021, and I'll never forget how arrogant and shameless the treatment was, or the disgusting situations we went through. We were accused of damaging a wardrobe we hadn't even used. The woman showing us the room couldn't open it herself, and we felt they were trying to get extra money from us. The furniture looked like it was from the 20th century and unusable anyway. They tried several times to kick us out so they could do work in July, right in the middle of the season. The woman was rude and unpleasant every time we dealt with her, and she had what I can only describe as schizophrenic outbursts. We genuinely felt sorry for her, given her age of 90 and mental illness, but she still created chaos for herself and her guests. Breakfast was the worst we've ever seen. The place had been visible on Google reviews until recently, then was removed because of very bad experiences. Be very careful dealing with them: they ask for money in advance and want to throw you out during your holiday. And when you leave the room, your things won't be where you left them. You'll find them scattered around, apparently out of spite because they didn't manage to kick you out.

We got a city map, and the hosts were happy to suggest places to eat, drink, and have fun. At breakfast, they did their best to bring anything we asked for. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and we'd highly recommend the place. It's in a quiet area, just a one-minute walk from the city center. The place is small but has everything you'd need in a Bed&Breakfast, and it's clean and tidy like a hotel, with the room cleaned every day without us even asking. My wife and I stayed three nights and loved it, especially the balcony. A fantastic place in every way.

It’s right at the city entrance, and having private parking was handy. Everything was neat and very clean, and the hosts were kind. We knew there wouldn’t be a sea view, though we did miss having one. Just a suggestion. Thanks for the warm welcome.

The location worked well, but the rooms felt dated and weren’t especially cozy. Breakfast was very basic, and we’d hoped for more. The woman was friendly, though she didn’t speak English, which made it hard to communicate.
