The sea is so close, just a few steps away, and there’s food right next to the accommodation. It’s a quiet place to get a good rest, with lovely surroundings and beautiful apartments. The price is affordable, communication is easy, and the landlady is the best, always willing to help in every way. Silvia Debelic is a great choice if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful ✌️

We’ll definitely come back next year. The host is incredibly kind and friendly, and the apartment is only 100 meters from the beach. There are lovely plants and a grape arbor that keeps the yard shaded all day.

The best thing is the location, with a nice terrace looking out to the sea less than 100 meters away, and Petra mini market next door. The terrace has a small round table and two plastic chairs, but no clothesline. It gets direct sun during the hottest hours. Room 4 feels stuck in the 1990s. It’s so cramped that you have to shut the bathroom and terrace doors to reach the bed and nightstands. There’s one outlet, not enough, and the ceiling of wooden beads makes the room feel dark and tight. The old wall light doesn’t give enough illumination, while the open 60W light above the headboard is uncomfortably bright. The double bed has one sheet, a fleece blanket, and two feather pillows. The bathroom is only 70 cm wide and about 3 m long. You have to leave the door open for almost anything at the sink, and the mirror is tiny, dated, and needs replacing. The shower is old and tiled, with no tray, a very small handset, nowhere to put soap, and a plastic curtain. A tiny bathroom window looks onto another room’s balcony. Even with the bathroom door open and AC running, the room stayed hot, around 34°C outside on average. The shower drain smelled unpleasant. The building looks lovely outside, but the stairwell is stifling and often smells stale. Cleanliness was adequate. AC costs €5/day, which is a lot for a necessary service, especially with no mosquito nets and plenty of mosquitoes. The house gets very hot in the sun. The kitchen is the only place guests can use a fridge and freezer, but the manager closes it at 10:00 PM. That means no evening snack, cold drink, or anything else after then. Wi-Fi was so slow at every hour that it might as well not exist. There are no clear house rules or basic consideration for others. Families talked loudly on terraces and in common areas at 6:45 a.m., and vacuuming started at 7:50 a.m. You want to relax on vacation, not deal with that noise. The property should set behavior and quiet-hour rules. It's rated 3 stars but barely feels like 2, with too many things to fix for the price. A few small improvements would go a long way.

The rooms and apartments have been renovated, and every one has a sea view. They’re neat and pleasant, with bathrooms. The location is very convenient, just 50 m from the beach and near shops, restaurants, cafes, and the seaside promenade. It takes about half an hour to walk along the water to the old town. There’s private parking for cars and speedboats. Guests can use the lounge for socializing, breakfast, and TV; it has satellite, Wiber, and air conditioning. The staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended.
