Pljesa Apartments

The big balcony overlooking the marina was the best part, and the apartment worked really well for us with a baby and a dog. There was no extra charge for the dog, and parking under the trees kept the car shaded. Inside, it had everything we needed, including air conditioning, and the rooms were spacious for the price. The mattresses were very good, which I appreciated since I often have trouble with them. Several beaches are just a short drive away; there’s a bakery and small shop around the corner, and restaurants within walking distance. It suited us perfectly. We’ll be back, and I’m looking forward to Turkish coffee with Zorka.

The balcony view was a real highlight, with lovely sea views and beautiful sunsets to enjoy over dinner. The landlady was very friendly and helpful, and even spoke a little German. The apartment itself was simply furnished but spacious, with relatively comfortable beds, a bedroom that can be made completely dark, air conditioning, and a kitchen with everything needed to cook. There’s plenty of parking under shady trees in front of the building. It can be a bit noisy, though, as there are several apartments in the building and our neighbors were quite loud. The location is good, with a bakery, small supermarket, children’s playground, and restaurants nearby, but a car is definitely an advantage. There isn’t a nice place to swim within walking distance, though beautiful beaches are about 10 minutes away by car.

The landlady was very nice, and the apartment was clean with a view of the sea. I can highly recommend it.

Mrs. Zorka was so kind and hospitable. The apartments are spacious and very clean.
