The location is handy, close to the sea, and the staff are friendly, but they’re quite unprofessional. Our extra bed for the third person was just a sponge on the floor, and there weren’t any sheets when we arrived. Breakfast is very basic, and the interior is an unattractive jumble of clashing details. For nearly the same price, you can stay at a nearby four-star luxury resort with extra perks. This hotel is overpriced for what it offers, and the experience was disappointing. It doesn’t justify the cost.

The room was clean and spacious, and the mattress was especially comfortable. It’s a great little place in a wonderful location, with a nice beach, a beach bar, and shady sunbeds. The young woman from Sarajevo at reception was the highlight, so kind and welcoming. We did have to ask for hand soap and even toilet paper at times, and we expected basic toiletries to be provided. The owner seemed a bit unusual. When I asked for decaf at breakfast, she said they had “run out,” which seemed unlikely since we’d been served it an hour earlier and the day before. A hotel of this standard should offer decaf, just as it should provide basic toiletries. The wifi was very bad.
