Carlo, who was our contact and temporary Landlord, was incredibly helpful and made sure we were well looked after. The location and scenery were great, the kind of setting that stays with you. Pets are completely welcome. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

The climb back is quite a workout, over a kilometer uphill, even though the beaches and promenade are walkable from here. With temperatures holding at 34°C (93°F), the extra charge for air conditioning cost it a star. The apartment was furnished with care and had a breathtaking view of the Adriatic. The owners live in the building and were always ready to help.

We got excellent value for money, and the owners were very accommodating. They welcomed our dog warmly, and the apartment had a breathtaking view. The drawbacks were the hourly extra charge for air conditioning and Wi-Fi that didn’t work at all. Watch the steep driveway, it’s easy to get stuck. There are just three spaces in front, so when those are full you need to park in a gravel lot.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the huge terrace and its fantastic sea view, and the landlady was lovely. It’s a bit of a walk to the promenade, which we already knew, but that meant it was very quiet. We’ll definitely return.
