The rooms and terraces had the best views, and the hotel was just steps from the beach, with a short walk to a lovely coastal area. We visited Hedera in early September and were really pleased. The staff were welcoming and eager to help, and the hotel was spotless and kept to a high standard. There was a good range of food and it didn’t disappoint. We never struggled to get a sun lounger by the pool, though perhaps that was because of when we visited. The bar on site was impressive and fairly priced, and the entertainment was good too. We’d recommend Hedera for a relaxing break.

The pool situation was a letdown: it was too small and crowded. The pumps at Hedera Hotel had flooded a week earlier, so we could only use the pool at nearby Hotel Mimosa. The rooms were big, and the saunas were nice and quiet. You had to book them, but even with the hotel almost full, reserving a day ahead was enough during our stay.

There was sometimes noise from the rooms next door, which disturbed the quiet. Even so, we had a pleasant stay at Hedera Hotel in Rabac. The food was good, and the location was convenient for the beach, local markets within walking distance, and boat trips to nearby places. It was peak season, so it felt crowded even with three pools. A good option if you want easy access to the beach and local amenities.

Ramos gave me a wonderfully relaxing, professional massage. He was kind and polite, and clearly very good at his work. The food had lots of choice and was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the wellness area was fantastic. I had a great experience here and would highly recommend it for a relaxing stay.

Most things were excellent, but one dinner service fell short. We arrived around 8 pm and there wasn’t enough food left, just side dishes.
