Valamar Bellevue Resort - All Inclusive

We came back for our second summer holiday here with our two children, and everything was just right again. The whole complex is beautifully maintained, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There was plenty of tasty food to choose from, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were happy with every part of our stay. It's a fantastic family hotel, and we'd wholeheartedly recommend it.

Miranda, the head of staff, Moira from the kitchen, Petra the hostess, Tatiana the pool bar manager, and Lorenzo who looked after our room all went above and beyond. Their warmth and attention made a lasting impression. We had an amazing family stay at Valamar Bellevue Resort. The staff welcomed us and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The resort was spotless, with lovely beaches and pools, and our room had breathtaking views we'll remember. Food had a great variety, with something for everyone. The whole place exceeded our expectations, and we're already looking forward to coming back.

The rooms and daytime service were good, and the staff were friendly, though I'm not sure who is responsible for the problems. We'd asked six months ahead for a room next to our parents, and that should have been possible, so check-in arrangements could be better. Parking was terrible: after paying 4000+, we had to park somewhere in the desert. The food was much the same all week. It was better five years ago, while prices keep rising for the same service and overall condition. If this continues, we won't pay for it anymore. It's a shame the increase is too much.

Irena from concierge went out of her way to arrange our excursions and car hire, and Daniela, the onsite fitness instructor, brought so much passion and energy to her yoga, aqua, and exercise classes. We had a wonderful week at Valamar Bellevue. The modern, clean, well-maintained facilities offered a good range of things to do, plus easy access to the beaches and local town. The food was good quality, though a little more menu variety would be welcome. Thanks for a great holiday!
