The hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful, and even printed our Plitvice ticket voucher for us. Breakfast in the morning was handy since we were heading straight to the national park. There’s also a mini-mart attached to the hotel, which made it convenient to stock up beforehand. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Plitvice National Park at 9am and 5pm daily. Keep in mind it only runs at those two times.

The room felt tired, and one day we had no water at all for an hour, along with several power cuts. It was probably because of a storm. On the good side, the staff were nice and helpful, the food was tasty, and the live music was lovely. There’s a free shuttle to the lakes at 8.30, with a return to the hotel at 17.30. For a four-star hotel, there’s room for improvement.

The staff were so kind and helpful, always doing their best to make guests feel comfortable, even a very demanding one like me. They were always smiling and had kind words. There was also a fantastic roof terrace where they served a delicious breakfast.

The live music on the terrace was lovely and ended at a reasonable time. The rooms were clean and spacious enough, and breakfast was good. The food tasted very good, even if it didn’t look that great.

The room was a little tired, but the location is good, just a 10-minute drive from Plitvice lakes. Breakfast is plain, while the à la carte restaurant is quite good.
