The villa is close to Plitvice Lakes, and the room was perfectly fine. The pool was excellent, a lovely spot to spend a few hours. For convenience we booked breakfast, but I wouldn't recommend it. I can't say whether asking for our eggs to be cooked differently had anything to do with it, but they arrived swimming in oil and seemed carelessly prepared. It put us off. I'd stay at the villa again, but skip breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were very friendly, the room was spacious with good facilities, and the pool was nice. The restaurant food was tasty, and the place is close to Plitvice Lakes.

The pool was a great bonus, and the place was clean and quiet. It's simple and cheerful rather than five-star, but the local family who own and run it were lovely. They also run a nearby restaurant.

The hosts were friendly and the room was clean, but a few things were inconvenient. The shower water was only lukewarm, and the queen bed had separate sheets. Nobody was at the desk when we arrived, even though we'd given our arrival time. Payment was cash only, and we'd already spent our cash, so we had to find a way to withdraw more. :-/

What a lovely little place. The rooms are beautiful, and the staff were really nice. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and the gas station and small mall with a grocery store are just a short drive away.
