We booked through Booking.com, but the apartment we got was completely different from the one we had chosen. The place was in bad shape: things were damaged and moldy, and damp had broken the floorboards. Bathroom tiles were dirty, and washed towels had been left in the washing machine. I wouldn't recommend it. There was no privacy or sound insulation. The doors didn't feel secure and were locked like the room doors. We could hear everything around us, and light came through the doors and frames, making it hard to relax. The owner blamed us for the damage and asked us to pay, disregarding Booking.com terms. We're still waiting for an invoice for the alleged repairs the owner billed us for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! DO NOT BOOK!

EXTREMELY COLD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. After a family member's heart surgery date at Cardiology, in Sušak, suddenly changed, I asked my boyfriend to move the booking by two weeks. He refused, both when I called him directly and through Booking.com. Of course, that's his right. His calendar for the entire month was completely open, though. I've rented out a vacation home for 14 years, so I can understand a lot, but I still can't understand such inconsiderate communication. I booked this apartment despite its poor reviews, the bad parking photo, the unclear address, and even the duplicate Apartment Relax address. I paid him, and the night price was charged with cleaning on top. That's what I paid.

It's a shame, because three years back the place was much better. Now there's a bit of a smell, it's not looked after the way it used to be, and we even ran out of toilet paper.
