The private patio was a lovely spot for coffee in the morning and a relaxing drink in the evening after sightseeing. You can walk into the main town and around the city, and the villa itself is stunning, spacious, and spotless. The photos really don't capture how beautiful it is. Our host, Igur, was a lovely man and very helpful with tips on what to do. He also helped us park, since the turn into the property is awkward.
Getting into the property can be a real challenge with a large car. Apart from that, the apartment is spacious and fully equipped, with access to a beautiful garden. It’s in a fantastic spot near the center, on the right side of the canal, in a historic villa with an atmosphere like something from a Zafon book.
We only wish we could have stayed longer. This wonderful, spacious, comfortable house would be ideal for a family holiday, and the host was exceptionally kind. Highly recommended.
