There was no reception, and check-in was entirely remote, which felt a bit odd. The owners came by later to collect the money from the drop-off box and were extremely kind. The room was very clean and organized, with everything we needed, plus access to a shared kitchen. We also liked the shared balcony.

The hostel sits right at the top of the famous steps near Trsat Castle. Everything was new, clean, and working, and the facilities were great. There are buses nearby if you’d rather skip climbing the stairs.

The kitchen is really well equipped, and the rooms are more than nice. The whole hostel is clean and comfortable. Lots of little details show that someone put time and thought into the place. Amazing hostel, all around great!

There’s no reception at all, just a few rooms and surveillance cameras. Communication is poor and happens only online or through a Croatian phone number. The people are quite unknown. 👎👎👎👎👎

Affordable and clean, with a nice bar next door and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The area has a great atmosphere, and there’s a beautiful park close by too.
