The apartment has plenty of space and a good location, and the agency was efficient to communicate with. But the hygiene needs work, especially in the bathroom, kitchen and on the sofa, and there were no basics like soap, detergent or kitchen supplies. Worst of all, the place smells like rotten potatoes. It seems to come from the old washing machine, which needs replacing. Running it leaves both your clothes and the apartment smelling awful. The agency already knows about these problems but hasn't dealt with them. Good intentions, very poor execution.
