What a terrible experience. The hostel was clean, but the floors and ceilings badly need maintenance. Nobody was at reception or answered calls, and the person replying on WhatsApp was rude and abrupt. There was no free coffee, water or internet, despite the advertisement. They only accepted cash or bank transfer, even though the website and every room said Visa, Mastercard and American Express were accepted.

Everything is close by since you're right in the city center. The rooms were clean and fine, and the market-square noise was about what you'd expect. The shower was a little cramped, though the water was nicely warm and it worked well. Service was straightforward. I'd stay here again.

I cancelled the booking, and they kept my money. It felt like they stole it.
