The apartment is finished to a high standard and very close to the town centre. There are some downsides: homeless people linger and sleep on the stairs outside, and there was a sewer smell outside the building. There's no on-site parking or lift to the second floor. The single air conditioner isn't adequate for summer, and the apartment can get quite hot.

We had an amazing stay. The location, apartment design, extra features, and cleanliness were all at a very high level. If you're coming to Rijeka, this is the place to stay! 😍

Slept like a baby in those beds. The stay was perfect, with lots of space and a cosy feel. Highly recommend!

The alley outside was crowded with drunk and homeless people, and some were urinating by the garbage cans. They seemed harmless, thankfully. Inside, the place was clean and had everything except the dishes, which didn't matter since we never ate there. Check-in took a while because we couldn't get access to the phone number. Still, it was a positive experience.
