Apartments Pleadin

The apartment was very nice and clean, with a beautiful view of the sea and Rogoznica. The place itself is great, and the clean sea is only 200 metres from the house.

The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. They live on the ground floor, are happy to help with anything, and even understand Czech. We were greeted with coffee, figs from their garden, and rakija for a toast. Our renovated apartment, no. 1, was 42 m2, with two balconies, new tiles, doors, kitchen, and bathroom. The equipment is in line with 3 stars: a large fridge and freezer, flat-screen TV, induction hob, oven, big wardrobe, air conditioning, and a kitchen sofa that can be slept on, though it’s harder. The beds are on the softer side, with higher mattresses that aren’t too soft, and we slept very well. There were plenty of sockets by the beds and in the kitchen, and the Wi-Fi worked reliably every day. There’s also a shared garden seating area and a grill. The view is beautiful, right on the road down to the sea. A large house was built below this one, but it didn’t bother us at all. The sea is a few minutes’ walk down a rocky path and hill, or you can follow the road to the bay or rocks. If you’re feeling lazy, you can drive down, though parking spots are limited. The water is beautiful and clean. Every morning the baker came right to the house with a great selection, which was another plus. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

The kitchen was state-of-the-art, with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, and dishwasher. The two-room apartment was very clean and well furnished, with its own bathroom and shower, two balconies, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. We were lucky enough to spend almost 19 nights here and leave in two days. The owner lives downstairs and is always glad to offer advice and recommendations.

The sea is beautiful, but the apartments weren’t as the owner described them. The equipment is old, there’s a bad smell, and we found lots of mosquitoes and cockroaches. We weren’t satisfied and can’t recommend staying here.
