The balcony has a lovely view, and the apartment is comfortable. It's close to the sea, with a pleasant little yard too. A wonderful place.

The terrace is large and has a gorgeous view over the bay, and the apartment is spotless and nicely furnished. We’re staying in Toni apartment in Rogoznica in a four-person unit, and everything is in perfect order. The owners have been easy to communicate with, so we’re very happy here. We’ve seen some negative reviews and strongly disagree with them. We’d absolutely recommend this place, it’s our top choice in Rogoznica.

We’ve stayed here three years in a row, and each visit has felt more comfortable than the last. The furniture has been updated, the renovations are high quality, and everything is clean and new. The owners greet guests like old friends and are always warm and ready to help if you’ve forgotten something. The grounds are tidy, and the kids were unexpectedly taken with the trampoline. The sea is exactly a one-minute walk away, with big supermarkets nearby and the city center close enough for a stroll and plenty of photos. We’ll definitely return. The price and quality are better than we expected.

The hostess was so kind and helpful, especially when our friends had a medical emergency. She called an ambulance right away and spoke with the doctors. The apartments were clean and furnished nicely, and worked well for a family with several kids. It’s not far to the sea, and the balcony has a beautiful view. We’d happily stay again and recommend it.
