The apartment has a damp, moldy smell, and Villa Zrinka badly needs a major renovation. A sea view and a spot right by the water aren't enough anymore. It's not the price itself that bothers me, but what you get for it. I'd avoid it.

You can step straight into the water from the property, and there's a playground there that kids would enjoy. The Adriatic cove is stunning, with beautiful mornings, evenings, and nights, plus plenty of daytime sunshine. Our host Dom was warm and welcoming, and spoke excellent English. We also had a lovely dinner at Antonios in Rogoznica. It was a uniquely beautiful apartment, and we loved staying here. Recommended!

We had a good view and everything we needed in the apartment. The owner also let us charge our electric car, and we could use the washing machine and dryer.

The view from the apartment was amazing, and it was just a short walk to the city center. We only stayed for two days, but everything was perfect and the owners were kind and helpful. You can book a boat trip with a skipper or rent a boat yourself. They also offer tasty breakfasts and dinners with fresh fish.
