Hello, I wanted to check whether I have been speaking with the accommodation owner. Should I send a deposit for a reservation for 12 people from 28.6 to 8.7 2025? Is that you, Adediran Kohar? Thank you.

The hill from the main road up to the house is quite steep, and the glass wall by the stairs to the loft was a small drawback. It didn't cause us any major problems, but a regular soundproof wall facing one of the accommodation units might have been better. We spent two fantastic weeks with our extended family in beautiful Rogoznica, 15 of us altogether, including 8 adults and 7 children. Villa Martinis suited us perfectly: it has four separate accommodation units, plus shared spaces inside and out. The modern house gave us room to spend time together and cook meals as a group, while still being able to retreat when we wanted. The pool was large enough for everyone to play and cool off on hot days. The house has a lovely view of the water and Rogiznica, and beaches, shops, and plenty of good restaurants are within walking distance. The hosts were easy to reach, very friendly, and always willing to help. One day they prepared and served us a three-course Croatian meal for our anniversary. The food and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. The hospitality at Villa Martinis went above and beyond. We highly recommend this place!
