The place was just as described, very close to the beach, and the owner was wonderful and helpful. When the air conditioner in the hallway broke, we needed an extra fan. The owner came right away and sorted it out. It's clear they care about their guests. 5/5

The prices don't match. Booking prices are lower than the ones offered directly by the owner. When I contacted the owner directly, he became arrogant and turned me down. I don't recommend it.

I looked into who was behind the apartments and found it was the owner. He was extremely rude and arrogant toward customers. Here's what happened: I checked their website and decided to book, even though his customer service had already been poor. We exchanged several emails about the reservation. While looking around further, I found the same property listed on several sites for less. I called the owner to ask about the difference, but he got annoyed, hung up, and then emailed to say he'd rented the property I'd booked to someone else. That was because I asked him for an explanation. Upset by his behavior and lack of professionalism, I told him I'd leave a negative review. After that, he sent me a series of threatening emails. Mr. Stošić clearly has serious issues and isn't suited to dealing with customers. He should change jobs and do something else.
