Apartment Alen

The covered terrace has a table and chairs, and the apartment itself is beautiful. It's on the second floor of a two-story building, and everything feels new and is very well equipped, from the oven and fridge-freezer to the dishwasher and washing machine. There’s also an ironing board and iron and a hairdryer. My only complaint is that there isn't a full-length mirror.

We found the owner very kind and pleasant, and everything we had agreed on worked out as expected. The outdoor parking spot is right beside the house. It's quiet at night, even though the apartment is only 200 m from the shopping center. Getting to the center takes a bit of driving, but parking around 300 m from the pedestrian zone was easy, and cost 2 kuna an hour. The apartment is a spacious duplex on the second floor of a new building, with no elevator. It has two bedrooms, a living and dining area, a sofa and TV, plus another sofa upstairs. We didn't use the upper floor. The balcony is roomy and has a table, chairs, clothes rack, and pegs. There are outdoor blinds on the windows, air conditioning, a washing machine, and plenty of towels. The kitchen has a dishwasher, large fridge, hob, dishes, a jar, and dishwasher tablets. We only had to buy towels and didn't miss anything else. The furniture is simple, with lots of storage. Someone might want a microwave, but we didn't cook and had nothing to reheat. We recommend it!

The landlord was really friendly. The place had two bedrooms, a living and dining space, and another floor with room for someone to sleep. There was even a dishwasher in the kitchen.

With its convenient location and comfortable setup, this apartment works really well for families.
