Apartment Kiko in Rovinj felt so comfortable that coming back after a day out was a pleasure. It’s tastefully decorated, very clean, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen has everything we needed, including a full set of dishes and cookware, a washing machine, an oven, and other appliances. It really felt like home. The owner was warm and welcoming, and brought us fresh fruit and vegetables from her garden every day. That personal touch made our stay especially lovely. This is a hidden gem, and we can’t wait to return. It exceeded all our expectations, and if possible we’d give it more than five stars. Highly recommended!

The host was amazing, and we arrived to find fresh vegetables, drinks, coffee, chocolates, rakija, and wine waiting for us. She even made pancakes in the morning! There are books and movies to choose from, and two bicycles are set aside for guests. The flat is fully equipped with everything we could need. The nearest beach is about a 15-minute walk away, with the city center roughly five minutes farther. I’ll definitely come back 🙏

Marina made us feel welcome the moment we arrived, even though we got there around 10 PM after booking by phone at 7. She smiled and apologized for not having had time to prepare more treats, then showed us vegetables from her own garden, apple juice, wine, bananas, and other fruit she’d left out. The place smelled lovely and was exceptionally clean. There’s a cared-for balcony, parking, and Marina offered us bikes for a ride. We wanted to make the most of Rovinj, that charming Venetian-style town, and this was a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend it.
