Great location, though the room was small.

There’s everything you need in this nicely renovated apartment, and it has plenty of historic charm. It’s in a pleasant building in the old town, managed by a hotel of the same name, with excellent service. Private parking is nearby and a shuttle takes you there. It’s not a super-modern luxury apartment, and the location can mean some noise outside, but that’s acceptable. Good value for money.

The apartment was clean, in a good location, and very spacious for two. There’s a popular restaurant right in front, though, so it stayed noisy until late. Parking in the Robinhood area is difficult, so with a car you have to call the hotel reception for directions. They arrange a shuttle, check you in at the hotel, then take you back to the apartment, which was inconvenient. One guest got upset waiting in the hotel lobby. The next day, I couldn’t choose when the shuttle would pick me up from the apartment, and the driver seemed tired. When we stopped at the lobby before going to the parking lot, he kept telling us to go straight there, leave our luggage, and wander around freely. That was annoying. Next time I think I’d save time by staying at the hotel.

I love this place. It’s clean, modern, and just beautiful, right in the city center with everything within walking distance. Rovinj is lovely too, with its narrow streets and Mediterranean feel.
