The apartment is modern and in a lovely location, and the hosts were pleasant. There was no iron, but they brought one as soon as I asked. I couldn't get the dishwasher started either, and Alessia sorted that out right away. Still, the place felt very neglected and dirty. The bed linen was clean, but the rest wasn't properly cleaned. The bathroom tiles had mold and there was a shower curtain; the floor and carpet were dirty too. The carpet should be replaced, or just thrown out. With guests coming and going, it needs a much more thorough clean. Unfortunately, I won't stay here again.

The apartment is on the third floor. The bathroom and carpet were dirty, and the fridge wasn't cooling.
