We stayed on the ground floor and had an outdoor pavilion with lounge-style seating. The garden and terrace were nice, the kitchen was well equipped, there was parking out front, and the beach was within a reasonable walk. I could still recommend the place, though Rovinj itself felt too far to reach on foot. A few things could have been better: there was a bad smell from the bathroom, perhaps from the shower or toilet, and there were loads of mosquitoes outside. It wasn't as clean as I'd have liked, and the bathroom could use some renovation.

The owner was so welcoming, and the place is right near the sea. A great spot.

We found everything clean on arrival, and the parking was really convenient. The accommodation works well for families, with a grill out in the garden. The owner was kind, and the Wi-Fi was pretty decent too.
