I had a great stay and was really grateful that the owner arranged a bike and a car for me. The apartments are lovely, clean, and about a 10-minute walk from the beach near Eden hotel. He runs the place himself, changes the sheets for longer stays, and is very mindful of the environment. He’s friendly and fair, but doesn’t speak English, German, Russian, or Spanish, so I helped translate. If you have trouble communicating with him, you can message me on WhatsApp at 0043 67763534999.

The apartment is basic and cheaply furnished, though a reasonable size. The owner was impolite and difficult to deal with, which is why I’m giving it one star.

The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and the owner was friendly. But the mattress and pillow were incredibly uncomfortable, so I wouldn’t come back. It was also quite unusual that the owner spoke neither English nor Italian in Rovinj.
