We really enjoyed staying here, and our kid loved having bicycles for getting around and doing the shopping. The apartment was clean, quiet, and dog-friendly, with easy street parking right outside. It's about a 15-18 minute walk to the heart of the city. The walk back isn't flat, but it isn't terribly steep either. It's basic rather than luxurious, and some people might find it a bit old, but everything worked and we had what we needed: a fridge, coffee machine, pans, and so on. Check-in was a little funny. No one was at reception, and the supposed online automatic check-in didn't really work because there was nothing to scan. A quick call to the owner cleared it up: the keys had been left outside our apartment. I'd recommend coming with the right expectations, meaning not expecting a 4/5-star hotel stay. We liked it a lot and would stay again :)

A friendly host answered all our questions quickly before we arrived. The apartments are in a calm part of Rovinj, just a few minutes' walk from the town center. There’s a lovely garden with lots of trees and shade, plus free parking. Everything was decently clean, and the kitchen had good equipment.

The host was so friendly and courteous, and the apartments were clean and nicely furnished. They're in a quiet area close to Rovinj's old town. Simply put, a perfect place in Rovinj.

We loved everything about this place. Ivan, we came to visit you two years ago, and I hope we can make it back next year! A big yes from us. And it's pet-friendly too ❤️
