The apartment itself is modern and comfortable, with a nice terrace for breakfast, a good kitchen, and air conditioning that worked very well. The beds were comfortable, although the sofa bed wasn’t quite as good, which I suppose is normal. A few small kitchen items were missing, like scissors and a cheese grater. The pool area was nice. The serious problem was the noise. It’s only a few meters from one of the main roads to Rovinj, and the windows and walls don’t insulate well. Even on the third floor, traffic was loud during the day and especially at night. In August it continued all night, and we could barely sleep during the week, which spoiled our holiday. The same owner has another apartment a few hundred meters away, far enough from the road. We stayed there one night and would definitely recommend that one, even though it costs a little more.

It’s a shame we could stay only two nights, because we had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, well kept, and a great size for two people, with a particularly comfortable bathroom. The quiet location is 10-15 minutes from the centre of Rovinj. A campsite is just a few minutes away by car and can also be reached on foot, and the popular beaches nearby weren’t too crowded.

The outdoor pool is much bigger than it looks in the photos, and every apartment has a parking space right in the courtyard. Our apartment was clean and modern, with a super-friendly host who gave us tips on free beach parking, excursions, and restaurants when we arrived. The beach is 1km away. There are two restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and more options if you drive or cycle toward Rovinj or Bale. A top-notch holiday apartment!
