The room was comfortable, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the seafront. There was also a cuddly cat in the garden. Parking space for SUVs is limited, and the bathroom setup was poor: the soap wasn't in a single bottle and there was no dispenser. There was no map of Rovinj either.

The owners are friendly, and the place has what you need, including parking and free Wi-Fi. A bonus for a smile is the guard dog. The location is superb, near the old town but away from all the hustle and bustle. :)
