The hosts were fine, and it's around a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The apartment is fairly roomy, but there were quite a few problems. You could hear every step from noisy upstairs neighbors because the building doesn't seem to have proper sound insulation. The bed frame squeaked a lot, and the uneven bedroom floors creaked whenever we moved. The AC wasn't positioned well and didn't cool the back bedrooms effectively. Internet was slow by current standards, around 1-10 Mbps, and ants kept turning up in the kitchen.

Rozi Apartments are easy to recommend. The apartments were clean and had everything we needed to use, the location was great, and the hosts were wonderful.
