We really liked the quiet area, close to the pine forest, which is about a 10-minute walk away. The center of Rovinj is easy to reach too, and there’s a bakery and a well-stocked supermarket nearby. We stayed in July and I’d highly recommend the property. The rooms are spacious, the house is clean, and it has everything you need. The owner is very kind and always available if you need anything. There’s one parking space inside, or you can park nearby.

The location is right between Punta Corrente beach and the historic center, both easy to walk to. We didn’t need the car at all, even for grocery shopping. The rooms are large, with air conditioning, a bathroom with bidet, and a little terrace for eating outside. Private indoor parking is available too.

We had the largest apartment for two families, with loads of space and a big terrace. The place was clean, and while the apartment equipment was older, it was fully sufficient. The owner was nice and helpful. The distance was just right for getting to the center and beach in either direction, with the nearest public beach about 1 km away.
