The landlords reached out themselves to ask who was coming, so they could prepare the apartment to suit us better. My arrival date changed, though, and I had to cancel. They let me do it without a fee, even though cancellations would normally be charged. Such lovely people!

The hosts were excellent, and there's a grill and dining spot in the backyard. Inside, the apartments have everything needed for cooking and hygiene, plus a washing machine.

Everything we needed, and more, was there. The beaches nearby were very clean, too. A great experience :)

I can't recommend this place. At check-in, the landlord wouldn't give me the key to the second bedroom. He said that because I was alone, I didn't need it and couldn't sleep in two bedrooms. Still, he insisted on charging the full €984 plus a €3 processing fee for eight days, for one room, the kitchen, and bathroom. The TV was in the kitchen, and I asked him to move it into the bedroom because sitting for a long time on a hard chair is difficult for me. He refused, even though all the connections were already available in the bedroom.

The place is in a handy spot for exploring Istria, Rovinj, and further afield. There's a private covered parking lot and a restaurant 50 meters away. The exterior is beautifully kept, and the apartment and terrace were clean, with more than enough living space for a short holiday.
