The location is a real plus, but the service and upkeep weren't good enough for the price. During our two nights, we didn't see any hotel staff, and the entrance stayed unlocked in the daytime with no one at reception. The shower was partly broken, the shower shelf was damaged too, and the bathroom light flickered whenever it was switched on. Including parking, we paid almost $400 a night, which felt crazy for Croatia. Our next place cost 70% of that and had a Michelin restaurant.

The 10 am checkout was fixed, and there was nowhere to leave our bags, which made things pretty inconvenient for us. The rooms themselves are excellent, modern, and well equipped, and the location is central. If the checkout and luggage issue doesn't matter to you, it's a great place to stay.

The town center location is hard to beat, with restaurants and bars only steps away. The receptionist spoke perfect English and suggested good restaurants and beaches. The parking was the main hassle: it's a long way off, and finding the assigned spots wasn't easy. I can't picture older guests hauling suitcases up the hill. Cleaning was missed on our first day, but apart from that I was satisfied.

Our room looked fresh in blue and white, and the view through the window over the beautiful old town of Rovinj was amazing. The modern space had a clear designer touch and felt cozy, which made our stay special. From the moment we entered Blubini heritage hotel, the upscale but warm decor impressed us. Everyone we met on staff was pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed the stay and appreciate the kind staff's work. We'd recommend Blubini heritage hotel for a relaxing visit.

Ana, the host, was fab and gave us some really good recommendations. The location is second to none, and we loved the chic, comfy room. The pillow menu was a fun surprise :D We looked at a few other hotels and are so glad we chose this one. If you're undecided, book it :)
